A Beneficiary Owner (B.O.) account is mandatory to invest in the Capital Market. We have an individual investor BO Account opening form that is openable physically or through our website. You can use the below links to open the BO by filling up the Shanta Securities Limited account opening form. After completion of the account opening, our designated RM will contact you. Besides, you can use our dedicated trading app (Shanta EasyTrade) to execute your trade order yourself after depositing the amount.

A Beneficiary Owner (B.O.) account is opened to keep the securities in electronic form in the Depository (in the case of the capital market, it is CDBL).
For a single BO account opening:
2 copy passport-size photos of the client
NID copy of the client
TIN certificate (If any)
1 copy passport-size photo of the nominee
NID copy of the nominee
Client's cheque leaf copy (Name spell must match with the NID)
For a joint BO account opening:
2 copy passport-size photos of 1st account holder
2 copy passport-size photos of 2nd account holder
NID copy of 1st and 2nd account holders
TIN certificate of 1st account holder (if any)
1 copy passport-size photo of the nominee (Not mandatory)
NID copy of the nominee (Not mandatory)
1st account holder's cheque leaf copy (Name spell must match the NID)

Board Resolution, mentioning authorized person and interest to open an account with Shanta Securities Ltd.
